We’ve got a case out of the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. The name is Matthew Wood v. Chad Eubanks and a huge list of other names. This isn’t directly “registry” related, but it’s a First Amendment issue that seemed important to dive into. We’re also going to talk about how the ACLU (and other organizations) operate; particularly why they don’t dive into our issue more. We also discuss an issue of Internet restrictions while on supervision in Ohio.
