August 24, 2018 6:15 pmViglante Justice well I have to say I second that emotion. I wonder if states are the viglante of a lot of this data which Andy and Lary talk about. And who’s emotions are we talking about in a lot of this tug of war episode. Are we actually talking about adult chat sites or teenage chat sites. Now underhanded is underhanded in anyone’s book and thats slimy enough.
Should we all break the rules so police can get their quota for the day, or are law enforcement breaking the rules in this. I still wonder who the soverign supreme authority is today in a lot of this nonsense that America is doing to kids, adults, or even those who actually have victim’s or like Robin’s situation, victimless crime.
So who’s the blame the enticer using a sting with a “sex type” bait to snare one or the actually physical account of those that have wanton idea’s. Everything starts with an idea. Governments shouldn’t implant that idea and even police force shouldn’t plant that idea and with computers that is a devilish thing to do. I guess if everybody cheated on taxes that would be slid under the table so to speak or taking a bribe or betraying others. Even those might be acceptable today I’m sure justice will see the light and the sex offender with the label status is just as good as the next person

August 25, 2018 1:28 pmbriefly looked at the Northern Kentucky operation to check on SO compliance. My immediate reaction tells me that those people up there are trying to create a problem where there isn’t any. I guess they are so stymied that these registered people are not a problem that they must think something is wrong on their end. Lets keep checking on people who are behaving themselves and make people afraid of them by telling lies and spreading propaganda. In everyday conversations, it is amazing what some people choose to believe.

August 26, 2018 12:19 pmVigilantism was one of the reasons THE GENERAL WARRANT was disembodied!
Other reasons included unreasonable searches by gov’t agents that flow from the use of the GENERAL WARRANT. Too many folks got harassed when not engaging in the illegal.
How many registrants were questioned by agents solely because they lived near Molly Tibbits How many deserved it? None!
FACT: SCOTUS disavowed “individual threat” for “General threat” sex offenders presumed to be.

The Idaho Supreme Court has more robust protections for citizens rights than the SCOTUS when it comes to warrants and due process. Now if we could get our courts to have the same attitude toward the registry and the restrictions attached thereto.
